1、上、下電爐均采用進口加熱管，板材受熱均勻，具有防垂及反吹功能，讓制品壁厚更加均勻，對5毫米以上厚板材吸塑加工更凸顯效果；

3、能耗低:電爐均采用進口紅外加熱管，板材受熱均勻，加熱板升溫快（2-3秒達到制定溫度），電爐推進時燈管自動開啟，電爐退回后燈管自動關閉，減少不必要的電能損失，比其他吸塑機省電30%以上，采用的數碼功率控溫，不受外網電壓的影響，自動校正功率，較普通型綜合節約30%電能
