寧波雙利是一家生產全自動中空吹塑機的現代化制造廠。制造的中空吹塑機可生產各種塑膠材質的中空制品，如PP,PE,PVC,EVA,PS,ABS,TPR,TPE等。自生產5ML-10L小型中空制品的SL系列至20L-1000L大型中空制品的SL系列，皆有良好口碑。年生產能力達300多臺。堅持品質是雙利的一貫傳統。
雙利全自動塑料吹瓶機可以廣泛用于生產各檔使次的飲料瓶、果奶瓶、棒棒冰軟管、眼藥瓶、醫藥瓶、化妝品、洗滌劑、工具盒、膠水瓶、醬油瓶、中空玩具、膠筒瓶、農藥瓶、醫藥瓶、機油桶等中空塑料制品。我廠在塑料吹瓶機制造方面以形成標準化，系列化產品。

SLBK系列
1：塑化系統：塑化混煉螺桿，確保塑料塑化充分，均勻。
2：液壓系統：雙比例控制，擺架采用直線導軌加機械式減壓，運行更加平穩高速，配備進口液壓元器件，穩定，可靠。
3：擠出系統：變頻調速+硬齒面減速機，調速平穩，噪音低，經久耐用。
4：控制系統：此機采用PLC人機界面（中文或者英文）控制，觸摸式操作屏操作，可工藝設定，改變，檢索，監控，故障診斷等功能均能在觸摸屏上實現。方便操作。
5：開合模系統：大梁臂，三點位，中心鎖模機構，鎖模力均衡，不變形，有精度高，阻力少，速度快等特點。
SLBK series

SLBU系列：
1:此機適合生產200ML-10L的塑料中空制品，采用曲肘鎖模系統，能耗低，中心鎖模，鎖模力大，速度快，運行更平穩。
2開合模系統：特別設計對衡式鎖模機構，使用高壓鎖模，鎖模板受力設在模板中心，鎖模力大，開放式的堅固鎖模板，即使超寬模具也裝的下。
3模頭系統：均采用38CrMaALA等材料，經精密加工和熱處理制成。
4：液壓系統：全油壓雙比例液壓控制，配備進口液壓閥及油泵，穩定，可靠。
5自動飛邊裝置：除溢裝置能切除制品的余料，并設有直推式除溢裝置和旋刀式除溢裝置，真正實現無人工操作全自動設備。
SLBU series:
